Something Old, Something New

something old something new

Ronnie and Luc’s clandestine wedding was anything but traditional in Book 1, Fool Me Once. Not all the wedding guests walked on two legs, but all were beautifully dressed. If anything was borrowed, it was the dress Rickie wore as bridesmaid, hastily hemmed and steamed by the local drycleaner.

And the wedding in Book 3, Signs of Life? That wasn’t even held on land and the bride wasn’t even wearing a dress.

But in Book 4, Ride A Pale Horse, all the traditional elements come together in a beautiful ceremony with a beautiful bride in a beautiful gown. She had something old, something new, something borrowed and…no, wait, something’s missing. (But not for long, and not in any traditional way).

As the Riverwood series progresses through these four stories, it’s so much fun to let my imagination conjure up various wedding scenarios. The genre is Contemporary Romance, after all!

Have completed four Contemporary Fiction/Romance novels in The Riverwood Series. The first was released in August 2018; the second is under contract and in the process of edits. The third book and fourth books are in the queue. The fifth is now the current work-in-progress. The setting is Big South Fork, Tennessee which is known as "The Trailriding Capital of the Southeast" so these stories will all appeal to horse lovers who love to read books about horses.
